Delray Beach, Fla. (March 25, 2025) — InteleTravel, the global travel distributor and long-time host agency, has fully acquired Tickitto, a UK-based API platform that provides access to tickets for curated live events and experiences globally, including major league sports like the NFL, headliner concerts, Formula 1, FIFA and more. Like previous acquisitions by InteleTravel, Tickitto and its current team, including CEO Dana Lattouf, will continue to operate as an independent brand under the InteleTravel umbrella alongside subsidiaries Hickory Global Partners, MGME and Major Travel. Given that InteleTravel generated over $1 billion in sales in 2024 and is still growing to serve over 130,000 advisors, this acquisition demonstrates the company's dedication to offering the most comprehensive services for travelers throughout the continuum.
Tickitto, founded in late 2019, provides advanced technology solutions to businesses in the travel, finance, telecommunications and other sectors looking to enhance their loyalty propositions by offering access to unique events and experiences. Through a modern API connection, standardized data and white-label ticket booking sites, businesses can tap into more than $63 billion worth of tickets for a wide range of experiences — from concerts and theater shows to sports events and unique local activities. Tickitto has built leading partnerships with leading credit card companies that offer exclusive discounts, Careem, the Middle Eastern ride-sharing and food-delivery service, and more.
The partnership will also enable InteleTravel’s network of advisors to book travel and accommodations around exclusive events and attractions to expand and improve the value and experience for customers. Similarly, Hickory and MGME will offer corporate clients highly sought after VIP sports and show experiences.
“Our analysis shows that 1 in 10 travel bookings are related to a live event, concert or sporting event and these tickets are the center of thousands of additional dollars in spend. We believe that 2025 will continue to see a rise in ‘eventcations’ and be as much about the unique moments people are seeking as the destinations they want to visit,” said James R. Ferrara, CEO of InteleTravel. “With Tickitto now under the InteleTravel umbrella, we can take advantage of our packaging ability through our supply partners, our technology and our tour operation, Major Travel, to offer more value and a richer experience to our customers and increase profits for our advisors and our companies.”
Through this acquisition, InteleTravel will now have direct, contracted access to new inventory, which was previously difficult to tap into due to the complexity of ticketing supply and a fragmented, outdated marketplace. The integration also provides a competitive advantage to InteleTravel’s portfolio by solving the event pricing model which is often bloated by reselling in secondary and tertiary markets.

“I am incredibly excited to join the InteleTravel family,” said Lattouf. “This acquisition helps InteleTravel companies offer more services and grow revenue. It directly helps Tickitto meet client demand by allowing us access to extensive resources we haven’t had previously, as well as increases our purchasing power and helps foster business with new ticketing suppliers.”
Lattouf, Tickitto’s founder and CEO, will continue to run the company independently alongside InteleTravel and its subsidiaries. Since starting the company in 2019, she has raised nearly $10 million to build the platform, hire a team of professionals and secure exclusive partnerships. In 2019, NatWest Business recognized Tickitto as one of the top 10 businesses in the Southwest of England and Wales. Originally from Jordan, Lattouf received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Bath in 2017, where she scaled a small company into a leading B2B property management marketplace in the UAE.
As InteleTravel continues to grow into an all-service travel enterprise, its parent company, INTRAVEL, has taken the necessary steps to ensure it remains at the forefront of strategic growth and a leader within the travel industry. A recent example is the addition of Joseph Traina Jr. to the INTRAVEL team as the vice president of acquisitions and partnerships. Traina led the Tickitto acquisition deal team and is working closely with Ferrara, INTRAVEL managing partner, and Kim Andreello, new InteleTravel vice president of strategy and corporate development, to implement expansion strategies and oversee a pipeline of potential acquisitions.
