DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (July 7, 2026) — InteleTravel today announced Sarah Kline as its new Director of Sales and Advisor Engagement, bringing a veteran travel advisor, agency owner and mentor into a newly created leadership role focused on helping advisors grow and succeed.
The appointment reflects InteleTravel's continued investment in advisor development as the company expands its network and creates new opportunities for advisors. Kline brings more than 32 years of travel industry experience to the role, including nearly three decades building Time For Travel from a small corporate travel operation into a multi-million-dollar agency while serving on advisory boards for leading travel organizations and suppliers.
"Sarah has spent nearly 30 years in the shoes of the advisors we serve every day," said Bethany Grant, Vice President of Sales and Advisor Engagement at InteleTravel. "She understands firsthand the challenges and opportunities advisors face because she has lived them herself. Her experience as an entrepreneur, agency owner and mentor will help advisors develop the skills, confidence and strategies needed to achieve their goals."
In her new role, Kline will work alongside Grant to support advisor coaching, training and development efforts across the organization. Her responsibilities will include supporting InteleTravel's Xcelerator training programs, coaching top-performing advisors, contributing to advisor advancement initiatives and leading training sessions at Groups and Romance events.
In addition to building a successful travel agency, Kline has served on advisory boards for leading travel organizations and suppliers, including Hyatt Inclusive Collection, ALG Vacations and the Antigua & Barbuda Tourism Authority.
"Having spent nearly three decades building my own agency, I've experienced many of the same challenges and opportunities today's advisors face," said Kline. "I'm excited to work with advisors across InteleTravel's network and share practical lessons that can help them grow, adapt and build stronger businesses."
"One of the most rewarding parts of what we do is watching advisors exceed the goals they set when they first join InteleTravel," said Tara Minson, President of InteleTravel. "Many start with a passion for travel and a desire to build something of their own. With the right support and training, they grow successful agencies and become CEOs of their own businesses. Sarah's journey reflects that entrepreneurial spirit, and we're excited to have her help more advisors build successful businesses of their own."
The appointment comes as InteleTravel continues expanding its network of 145,000 travel advisors worldwide and broadening its portfolio through strategic acquisitions, including Tickitto, Hickory Global Partners, MGME and Major Travel. Together, these investments are creating new opportunities for advisors while expanding the resources, support and travel offerings available across InteleTravel's network.
